The hotel room had spacious layout and cleanliness. Staff members helped quickly and offered prompt service. the hotel exceeded my expectations, and the staff was available to assist.
The gym was a bit small. It only had a few machines for cardio, a letdown.

the food was amazing!!! breakfast and dinner had so much choice at the buffet every day. the sakamai restaurant was great too. the food corner served kebabs, salad, chips, crêpes, pancakes and more during the day.
the hotel was sold to us by tui and it was a disappointment. it is not easy to get to nearby shops. you pay silly money for a taxi as walking will take ages because the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

the hotel offers fantastic facilities. the meals at the main restaurant were delicious. drinks at the bars were also very good. the staff were friendly and always willing to help.
the minibar wasn't always restocked as quickly as i would have liked.

The hotel provides easy boat rides to the beach. the beach itself was clean and felt very private. i arranged a taxi to local shops through the hotel. This was professional and convenient.

My room had lots of storage space. This helped keep things organized. the housekeeping service ensured the room was cleaned daily. the mini bar was stocked regularly, providing refreshments.

There was a very wide variety of food at every meal. branded spirits were available at the bars, alongside a long cocktail list. the staff happily made cocktails not listed. This was a nice touch.

The staff provided excellent service, always greeting guests with a smile. the guest services were very helpful and accommodating. special thanks go to salamet. She were pretty good too accommodate my needs.
